Privacy Policy

Roberts and Sons Real Estate ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect. Information you give us when you inquire about a rental, apply for a lease, become a resident or property owner, or contact us: such as your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and information needed to process an application or manage a property. We also collect basic website usage information through cookies.

How we use it. To respond to inquiries, schedule showings, process applications, manage leases and properties, communicate with residents and owners, and meet our legal obligations.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our property management software, screening, payment, e-signature and messaging providers), and when required by law.

Text Messaging (SMS)

When you provide your mobile number to Roberts and Sons Real Estate, whether by texting us, submitting an inquiry about a rental property, applying for a lease, or through your lease or management agreement, you agree to receive text messages from us about that inquiry, application, lease, or property. These may include replies to your questions, showing scheduling and reminders, lease and renewal notices, and maintenance updates. Some messages are sent by Leslie, our AI leasing assistant, on our behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with service providers who help us deliver messages, such as our messaging platform, and only for that purpose.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
